with the Ninth Street fr~m Grove Avenue to Edwin Street Project; and
WH~tEAS, the installatic~ of curb, gutter, sidewalk, street paving
and other related work, located along the portion of the }fernandez parcel,
shall be made a part of the Ninth Street between Grove Avenue and Edwin Street
Project; and
WH~{EAS, Maria A. H~z has agreed to dedicate a Road
to the City for said Improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY GOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
California does accept said Imlorov~.nt Agre~a~ent, and authorizes the Mayor
and City Clerk to sign same, and directs tb~ City Clerk to reccx~ same in tb~
Office of the County Recorder of San ~ O~hnty, California.
