~EAS, the City Council of the City of Ranct~ Cu~.~mc~ga has
established requir~ml~s for ~ion of road imp~¥---~.ants in oo~junctic~
with the Ninth Street from Grove Avenue to ~dwin Street Project; and
~REAS, the installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, street paving
and other relate_ w~k, located alon~ the portion of the Gomez parcel, shall
be made a part of the Ninth Street between Grove Avenue and Sdwin Street
Project; and
~EAS, Calistio G~nez ba.~ agreed to dedicate a Road Eas~m~_nt to
the City for said Improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMCI~=A,
California does accept said Improvement A~re~nent, and authorizes the Mayor
and City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to reoord same in the
Office of the County Recorder of San Ber~ County, California.
