AND AUTHCRIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ~.FRK TO SIGN ~E
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~amonga has
established requirements for construction of road ~ in conjunctic~
with the Ninth Street from Grove Avenue to ~ Street Project; and
~EAS, the installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, street paving
and other related work, located along the portic~ of the Sanchez and Cah~.ra
parcel, shall be made a part of the Ninth Street between Grove Avenue and
~dwin Street Project; and
WHEREAS, Juana M. Sanchez and Guillermo c~h~era have agreed to
dedicate a Road Fasement to the City for said Improv~.
NOW, THfREFORE, THE CITY COt~CIL OF THE CITY OF ~ ~,
California does accept said Improvement Agreement, and authorizes the Mayor
and City Clerk to sign same, and directs the city Clerk to record same in the
Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
