A RESOLUTION OF ~E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCID
INSTATXATION OF PUBLIC ~ AND RIG~-OF-~AY
D~DICATION FRC~ WESTERN IATIN AMERICAN DISTRICT, ~
TO SIGN THE SAME
~{EAS, the City (km~ncil of the City of Rancho O~a~nga has
est~bl~ _~e~ requirements for construction of road i~ in conjunction
with the Ninth Street frcm Grove Avenue to ~ Street Project; and
WHEREAS, the installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, street paving
and other related w~rk, located along the portion of the Western Latin
American District, Church of the Nazarine parcel, sba]l be made a part of the
Ninth Street between Grove Avenue and ~dwin Street Project; and
WHEREAS, Western Latin American District, Church of the Nazarine has
agreed to dedicate a Road Easement to the City for said Imp~ts.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY (I)UNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO f~3CAb~k?4%,
California does aocept said Imp~t Agreement, and authorizes the Mayor
and City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the
Offioe of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
