~EAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~a~x~/a has
established re~Hr~ents for constructic~ of road i~ in conjuncticm
with the Ninth Street from Grove Avenue to ~k]win Street Project; ar~
~EAS, the installatio~ of curb, gutter, sidewalk, street paving
and other related work, located along the portic~ of the Church of God of
Prophecy parcel, shall be made a part of the Ninth Street between Grove Avenue
W}{EREAS, (hurchofGodof Pro~hecyofOntario, California ba~ agreed
to dedicate a Road Easement to the City for said Imp~.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COL~qCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO ~,
California does accept said Improvement Agreement, and authorizes the Mayor
and City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the
Office of the County R~corder of San Be~ County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTeD this 7th day of September, 1994.
