~ APPROVING THE FINANCING OF A PORr/G~ OF
RANCHO ~ RfDEVELOPM~ PRO3fL~ BY 7~E
WHEREAS, the Rancho ~,c~monga _P~d___evelo~ Agency (the "Age~') is
authorized pur~mnt to Chapter 8 (cumm~_ncing with Sectio~ 33000) of Part 1 of
Divisic~ 24 of the Califcx~ia Health and Safety Code (the "Act") to issue
notes f~r ar~ of its corporate purposes; ar~
~EAS, the Agency is pxx~osing to issue up to $8,694,000 aggregate
principal amount of its notes for the purpose of increasing, 'l/~=n~ving and
preserving the supply of low and moderate housing of benefit to its Rancho
Redevelopment Project (the "Project").
NC~, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho O,cm-~nga does
hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. Approval of Financing. This City Council hereby
approves financing of a portionof the Project, by mean s of the issuance of up
to $8,694,000 principal amount of the Agency's notes, pursuant to p~ovisions
of theActo
Section 2. Effective Date.
immediately upon adoption.
Tnis Resolution shall take effect
