~ZING THE F~.INGOF A NOTICE OF OC~PLEI~ON P-~R~HE
WHEREAS, the construction of public /mpro~ents for Tract 13566-1
Equestrian Trail and Landscape have been cc~pleted to the satisfaction of the
city Engulf; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is re~:{~ed to be filed, oertifying
the work cc~plete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of tb~ City of Rancho O~amonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby aocepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the Oounty Recorder of
PASSe), ~, and ADOPTED this 17th day of Au~3ust, 1994.
