WHerEAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~mwxz]a has
est~ahlished re~~ f~r cc~a~%~-~i~ of road i~ro~ents in c~ljunctic~
with the Ninth Street from Grove Avenue to Edwin Street Project; and
~, the installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, street paving
and other related work, located along the portion of tb~ Fernar~e___~z parcel,
shall be made a part of the Ninth Street between Grove Avenue and ~dwin Street
Project; and
~EREAS, Rube~l L. Fernandez and Cecilia V. Fernandez have agreed to
dedicate a Road Easement to the City for said Improvewrits.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(N~O ~,
California does accept said Improvement Agreement, and authorizes the Mayor
and City Clerk to sign same, and directs the city Clerk to record same in the
Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
