WHEREAS, the city Council of tb~ City of Rancho O~amonga
established rec~]~e~ents for construction of road i~ in conjunction
with the Ninth Street fr~ Grove Avenue to ~dwin Street Project; and
WHEREAS, the installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, street paving
and other related work, located along the portion of the Sepe parcel, shall be
made a part of the Ninth Street between ~ve Avenue and ~dwin Street Project;
WHEREAS, John A. Sepe has agreed to dedicate a Road Easement to the
City for said Improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANC~0 Ct~AMONGA,
California does aocept said Improvement Agreement, and authorizes the Mayor
and City Clerk to sign same, and d/rects the City Clerk to recoxd same in the
office of the County Recorder of San B~rnardi~o County, California.
