INST~T~ATION OF PUBLIC ~ AND RI6~-OF-~AY
D~DICATION ~ JL~.TA, E. FIgaRO AND A~ZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY ~RK TO SIGN THE SAME
~EREAS, the City ~il of the City of Rancho O~monga has
established requirements for oonstruction of road improvements in cc~junction
with the Ninth Street frc~ Grove Avenue to ~k~win Street Project; and
~AS, the installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, street paving
and other related work, located along the portion of the Fiefro parcel, shall
be made a part of the Ninth Street bet~_n Grove Avenue and ~k~win Street
P~j~t; and
WHEREAS, Julia E. Fierro has agreed to dedicate a Road Ease~ant to
tb~ City for said Improvements.
NOW, THeREFOr, THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO ~,
California does accept said Improvement Agre~nent, and authorizes the Mayor
and City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the
office of the County Recorder of San B~rp~rdino Oounty, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPlOD this 17th day of August, 1994.
