WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho ~amonga has
est_~_blisb~d requirements for constructio~ of road 'l~prowm~n~s in oo~j~c~
with the Ninth Street fr~m Grove Avenue to ~win Street Project; and
WHEREAS, the installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, street paving
and other related work, located along the portion of the Reese parcel, shall
be made a part of the Ninth Street between Grove Avenue and ~ Street
Project; and
WHEREAS, Felipa C. Reese has agreed to dedicate a Road Fasement to
the City for said Improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO (~3C3%NKINC4%,
California does accept said Improvement A~reement, and authorizes the Mayor
and City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerktorecordsame in the
office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSFD, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of August, 1994.
