D~DICATION FRC~ DORIS E. ~3BAK~R AND ~ZING ~{E
MAY(~ AND CITY ~.FRK TO SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~monga has
established requirements for construction of road improv--~ in conjunction
with the Ninth Street frc~ Grove Avenue to ~k~win Street Project; and
WHEREAS, the installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, street paving
and other related work, located along the portion of the Brubaker parcel,
shall be made a part of the Ninth Street between Grove Avenue and ~dwin Street
Project; and
~qEAS, Doris E. Brubaker ba~ agreed to dedicate a Road Easement to
the City for said Improvements.
NC~, THEREFORE, THE CITY OOU~CIL OF ~HE CITY OF RANCHO ~,
California does aocept said Improvement Agreement, and authorizes the Mayor
and City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to reccxd same in the
Office of the County B~corder of San Bernard/no County, California.
