~EAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho
California, has for its consideration an I~ A~ Extensic~
executed on August 3, 1994, by Lewis Hc~es as developer, for the
of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located c~ the north side of Ellena Street, nox~h of
conjunctic~ with the develo~ of said Tract 13753; and
~EAS, said I~prov~ent A~reement Extension is secured and
acc~m~ed by good and sufficient Imprc~m~_nt Security, which is identified
in said I~ Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~m~ga,
California hereby resolves, that said Imp~ Agreement Extension and said
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement A~reement Extension c~ behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPlOD this 3rd day of August, 1994.
