~S, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~smonga, has for
its ~'Lc)eraticm"l. a Grant of ~m~nt in favor of GTE ~ ~CC~/]~,
for a poxti~ of Paroel 3, Parcel Map No. 11286, located at Milliken Avenue
South of Baseline; and
WHEREAS, GTE has also requested that a Bill of Sale be executed to
release the City from future obligation and maintenance of this equivalent.
NOW THeREPORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~amon~a does
hereby resolve that an Fasement be granted for a portion of Parcel 3 of Parcel
Map No. 11286, located at Mill'Lken Avenue South of Baseline (see Exhibit "A")
on behalf of GTE California Incorpo~a~, and a Bill of Sale be issued to the
same for ownership and m~ purposes of existir~ eq~i~e/lt, and the
City Engineer is hereby authorized to sign said documents on behalf of the
City of Rancho Cucamon~a, and the City Clerk to attest hereto.

and assigns, an easement to construct, use, maintain, operate, eit~, add to, repair, replace, and/or remove its facilities,
including underground conduits, manholes, pedestals, cables, wires and appurtenances, for the transmission of electric
energy for communication and other purpose on, over, in, under, ecro~ and along that certain real property situated in the
City of Rancho Cucamon~& County of San Bernardino

The Northerly 10.O feet of the Westerly 30.0 feet of Parcel 3 of Parcel Map 11286, as
per Map recorded September 28, 1990, in Book 152, Pages 60 through 62, inclusive, of
Parcel Maps in the Office of the San Bernardino County Recorder.
This legal description was prepared pursuant to Section 8730(c) of the Business and
Professions Code.
THE GRANTEE, its successors and assigns and their re~ agents and employees, shall have the right of ingress to
and egress from said easement and every part thereof, at all times, for the purpose of exemialng the rights herein granted
and shall have the right to remove such growth as may endanger or interfere with the use of said easement. Such rights
