HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
That said I~ Security is accepted as good
and sufficient, subject to approval as to form and
content thereof by the City AttnxT~y.
