%~EAS, the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho OK~m~nga has

with the Ninth Street frc~ Grove Avenue to ~ Street Project; and
~REAS, the installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, street pavin~
and other related work, located along the poxtion of the Waltc~ parcel, shall
be made a part of the Ninth Street between Grove Averse and ~win Street
Project; and
WHEREAS, William Mc/{inley Walton Jr. has agreed to dedicate a Road
w~.~w~nt to the City for said
NOW, THerEFORE, THE CITY ~ OF THE CITY OF RAN(~O ~,
California does accept said I~t ~~nt, and authorizes the Mayo=
and City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to reccxd same in the
Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
