~/H~AS, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~mc~ga has
established requ/r~mm-f~s f~r cc~stx%~tic~ of road imp~---wmeZfcs in cc~junctic~
with the Ninth Street frc~ Grove Avera~ to Edwin Street Project; and
WHI~EAS, the installatio~ of curb, gutter, sidewalk, street paving
and other related w~rk, located alc~ the portio~ of the Beard parcel, shall
be made a part of the Ninth Street ~ Grove Aver~__~ and E~lwin Street
Project; and
~{~EAS, William J. Beard has agreed to dedicate a Road F~.~=m~nt to
the City for said I~ts.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OOL~iCIL OF ~HE CITY OF PJtN(~{O ~,
California does accept said I_~ Agreement, and authorizes the Mayor
and City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to reoord same in the
Office of the County Recorder of San Ber~ County, California.
