~I~EAS, the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho
California, has for its oonsideration an I~ Agreement Extensic~
executed c~ July 6, 1994, by Lewis H~mes as developer, for the i~ of
public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located on Elm Averse west between (hutch Street and
Spruce Avenue; and
R~EAS, tb~ installation of suc~ i~~, described in said
conjunction with the development of said Elm Avenue In~; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agree~_nt Extension is secured and
accomr~nied by good and sufficient I~ Security, which is identified
in said ~t Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of ~ O~n~x~]a,
California, hereby resolves, that said Improvenet A~3reement Extension and said
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behlaf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
