A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ~ OF ~ CITY OF RAN(~O

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~Amr~3a,
California, has for its oo~sideratic~ an I~ A~ EWcensio~
executed c~ July 6, 1994, by Lewis Hc~e~ as developer, for the ~ of
public right-of-way adjaoent to the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located at the south west corner of Base T,'~rle ]%oad ~
Mountain View Drive; and
R~FAS, the ir~callation of such i~0~v~e~s, described in said
oo~junction with the development of said Tract 14407; and
NOW, TH~REFCRE, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~a~n~ga,
California hereby resolves, that said I~ A~reement Extension and said
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
