V~EAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~monga,

of-way generally located c~ the nc~th side of Arrc~ ]%cute w~st of the A. T.&
S.F. railroad spur track; and
WHEREAS, the installatica1 of such ~, described in said
co~junction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
C~m~dssion, Conditional Use Permit No. 94-11; and
WHEREAS, said Impr~ A~reement is secured and a~nied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
NOW, TH~PJEFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
HEREBY RESOLVES that said Impr~ A~reement and said I~
authorized to sign said I~ Agreement on behalf of the city of Rancho
O~amonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
