~REAS, the Council of the City of Rancho O~,,~ does hereby
resolve as follc~s:
side of Rochester Avenue, south of Foothill Boulevard ("the Sports Complex"
hereinafter) ~ay charge the following parkir~ fees for the use of parking lot
areas at said Sports Complex delineated by letter on Exhibit "1" hereto:

For other events, a sum not to excccd $4.00 per
vehicle.
The amount of the parking fee shall be subject to City administrative
revie~ and approval.
S~CTION 2. The parking fee referred to in paragraph one of this
Resolution may be char~ to any vehicle enteriN] the Sports Oumplex during
that period of time beginning two hours prior to the scheduled time for the
c~,menc~m~nt of the event and concluding when the event concludes.
S~CTI(~ 3. The parking fee referred to in paragra~ one and ~o

Vehicles entitled to occupy the preferred parking area
delineated in the Lease dated September 16, 1992, by

Vehicles used by persons attending other events

display a parking permit therefore issued by the
above-reference px~ferred parking area for a period of
time two hours before and through the oonclusion of a
referenced Lease.

Vehicles used by persons who have business at the
Animal Care facility and who park in the sho~t-~
parking area designated by the City for Animal Care

SECTION 4. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to
the efficient flow of public parkin~ for the S~ C=~plex.

Resolution.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
