~}~EAS, Article XIIIB of the State of California provides that the
total annual app~x~ariatic~s subject to l{m{tation of the State and of each
local gove~ shall not e. xp~d the ~iatic~s limit of such entity of
gove~,~mnt f~r the uric= year adjusted for daanges in the cost of livirg and
populatic~ ex~ as other wise provid~__ in said Article XIIIB, and;
~EAS, pursuant to said Article XIIIB of the Constitution of the
State of California, the City Gouncil of the City of Rancho O~mc~ga ~ it
to be in the best interests of the City of Rancho (k~amonga to establish an
appropriations limit for the Fiscal Year 1994-95, and;
WHEREAS, the Finance Offioer of the City of Rancho O~a~nnga has
determined that said appropriations limit for the Fiscal Year 1994-95 be
est_~blished in theamountof $22,190,810.
NOW, THfREPDRE, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~Am~gadoes
hereby resolve that an at~x~iation limit for the Fiscal Year 1994-95
pursuant to Article XIIIB of the Co~sti~on of the State of California be
established in theamountof $22,190,810 andthe same is herebyestahlished.
BE IT ~ RESOLVfD that said ap~xc~x-iations limit herein
est_ahlished may be changed as d..-cm%~ neoessary by resolution of the City
Council.
