WHEREAS, a special municipal electio~ is to be held in the City of
Rar~ O~...m~3~ ~ Nove~ 8, 1994 at which time there will be s~,~itted to
the qualified electors of the City the foll~irg question:

hereby resolve, declare, deterre/he and order as follows:

Dennis L. Stout, Mayor
Charles J. Buquet II, Mayor Pro Te~
William J. Alexander, Oounci]m~mber
Rex Gutierrez, Oouncilm~mb~r
Diane Williams, Oounci]m~mber
members of that body, to file a written argument in favor of the city m~asure
set forth in the recitals hereof in aocorda~oe with Article 4, Chapter 3,
Divisio~ 5 of the Elections Code of the State of California and to dmange the
argument until and including the date fiw~d by the City Clerk after which no
arguments for or against the City measure my be submit~ to the City Clerk.
