~EAS, under the provisic~s of the laws relating to General Law
cities in the State of Califc~nla, a genexal ~licipal election shall be held
on Tuesday, November 8, 1994, for the election of Municipal Offioers.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~monga does
hereby resolve, declare, determine and orde__=r as follows:
S~CTI~ 1: That pursuant to the re~rem~J~s of the laws of the
State of California relating to General Law Cities within said State, there
shall be, and there is hereby called and c~dered, held in the City of Rancho
O~m~z3a, Oounty of San Bernardino, State of California, on Tuesday, the 8th
day of November, 1994 a General Municipal Election of the qualified elect~
of said City for the purpose of electir~ a Mayor of the City of P~ancho
O~amonga for full term of four years; and two members of the City Council for
the full term of four years.
S~CrION 2: That the General Municipal Election hereby called for the
date hereinbefore specified shall be and is hereby orde__=red consolidated with
the Statewide General Election to be held c~ said date within the City. The
px~oeedir~s, polling places, precincts, precir~t board members and officers
provided for said Statewide General Election. The Board of Supervisors of San
Bernardino Oounty is hereby requested to order the consolidation of the
and said Registrar of Voters is hereby a~ized to canvass the returns of
said General Municipal Election and said election shall be held in all
respects as if there were only one election and one formal ballot, namely the
ballot used at said General Election shall be used. Said Registrar of Voters
shall supervise the canvass of said returns for said Special Municipal
Election and transmit said returns to the City Council of said City which
shall thereafter declare the results thereof.
S~-TION 3: The City of Rancho (k~mcF~a shall reimburse said Om/nty
for services performed when the w~rk is cc~pl~ and upon presentation to the
city of a px~perly ap~ bill.

S~2TION 4: The City Clerk of the City of Rancho O~m~ga is
directed to fox~Fard, without delay, to said Registrar of Voters, a certified
copy of this Resolution.
