~EREAS, the City Council of the City of
California, has for its consideration an I~ ~3~=:~ ~ic~

~ of public right-of-~ay adjacent to the real ~x~e~ty s~ecifically
described therein, and generally locats~ on the southeast oorner of Vineyard

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho OrAmonga,
California hereby resolves, that said Improvement A~reement Ef~ensim and said
hereby authorized to sign said I~ A~ Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
