~REAS, the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho

public right-of-way adjacent to the real ixc~L.f specifically described

hereby authorized to sign said I~ A~ Extension on b~half of
the CityofRanchoCucamonga, and theCityClerktoattestthereto.
