H~R~BY RESOLVES that (1) said I~ ;~3ree~ent Securities, and
F~m~Ycatio~ Cash Deposit submi~ by K. Hownanian C~Hmanies of Southern
California II, Inc., are hereby approved, (2) the previously approved
Im~ Agreement, Securities and F~xamm~cation Cash Depoeit from
Rhoades/San Juan, A California Limited Partr~rship are released and (3) the
Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said I~ A~3reement c~ behalf of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
