A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(~K)
~, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPITNG THE PUBLIC I~ROVEM~TS
FORTRACT 13857 AND AUTHORIZINGTHE FTLINGOF A NOTICEOF
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 13857
have beencompletedtothe satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the city of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City ~gineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
