A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ~CIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(~O
CUCAMONGA, CAT~FORNIA, APPROVING
EXT~SIONAND ~ S~3RITY FORTRACT 13565-5 thru
-10
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Imp~t Agreement Extension
executed on May 18, 1994, by StaDdard Pacific as developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located on the northeast corner of Su~t
Avenue and Wardman Bullock Road; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement A~3reement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13565-5 thru -10; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement A~3reement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Inprovement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California hereby resolves, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement ~3re~ment Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of May, 1994.
