A RESOI/]I~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCID
O3CAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AND EX~CtSTNG THE
ODOP~RATIVE AGR~D~ BEIWEEN THE CITY OF RANCHO
AUTHORITY (SANBAG) FOR THE FUNDING OF THE DESIGN,
~IREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, ba~ for
its consideration and execution, the Cooperative Agreement between the City of
Rancho Cucamonga and SANB~/; for the design, construction and contract
administration of Milliken Avenue frc~ Foothill Boulevard to Arrow Route; and
WHEREAS, SANBAGprocesses and monitorsMeasure I fundedprojects; and
WHEREAS, as a condition to payment of Measure I funds for said
project, the City of Rancho Cucamonga shall approve and execute said
Cooperative A~reement (Contract No. 94-049);
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLI/7~S:
Authorize the Execution of Contract No. 94-049, Cooperative
Agreement between the City of Rancho Cucamonga and SANBAY; for the
design, construction and contract administration of Milliken
Avenue frc~ Foothill Boulevard to Arrow Route in the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernardino County.
To authorize theMayor to sign said Agreement and directthe City
Clerk to attach a certified copy of this Resolution, as well as
type in the Resolution number and date in the blank of the third
block of said supplement and for the return of the original
copies of said supplement to SANBA~ along withthecertifiedcopy
of this R~solution.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of May, 1994.
