CLVRK TO SIGN THE SAME (APN 229-305-09)
WHerEAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Ordinance No. 58 on F~h~ary 21, 1979, to establish requirements far
construction of public improv~ in conjunction with building permit
WHERFAS, installation of sidewalk and street trees established as
prerequisite to issuance of building permit far an addition to a single family
residence at 8211 Cornwall Avenue has been met by entry into a Real Property
Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by Reed Gibbons and Cathryn Gibbons.
NOW, THEREFORE, ~r{E CITY OOUNCIL OF ~ CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA,
CALIFORNIA HEREBY RESOLVES to accept said Real Property Improvement Contract
and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and
directs the City Clerk to record same in the office of the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOFTED this 18th day of May, 1994.
