(b) Plan review fees for buildings and structures shall be equal to seventy-five pex~e~c (75%) of the building permit fees set forth in Section 1.0 herein. (c) Plan review fees for electrical, mechanical and plumbing w~rk shall be equal to 25% of the total permit fee as set forth under the pertinent Section 1.7, 1.8 and 1.9 herein.
