A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CJCAMDNGA, CALIFORNIA, ~ THE PUBLIC IMPROV~4~gTS
FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD C~qTER IMPRDVt~4t~T PRDJECT AND
AUTHORIZING THE ~'q[T,1-NG OF A NOTICE OF ~ON FOR THE
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for the Neighborhood
Center Ia~rov~ment Project have been cc~pleted to the satisfaction of the
Director of OmmmunityDevelopment; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work ccm~lete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the Director of C~m~mlnity
Development is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Cc~pletion with the
County R~corder of San Bernardino County.
