A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ODUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
FOR PARCEL MAP 9350 AND AUIFiORIZING THE FIT.TNG OF A
NOTICE OF ~ON FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Paroel Map 9350
have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is re~Hred to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of <bmpletion with the C~antyRecorder of
SanBernard/no County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of April, 1994.
