A RESOLUTION OF ~HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCMO
~, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC ~
FOR CUP 90-18 AND ~ZING THE FU.rNG OF A NOTICE OF
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for CUP 90-18 have
been cc~pleted to the satisfaction of the City Engir~; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the workcc~plete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City ~gineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTSD this 20th day of April, 1994.
