A RESOLUI~ON OF ~4E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
C/3CASDNGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC ~PROV~EN~S
FOR TRACT 13753 - IANDSCAPE AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF
A NOTICE OF CC~4PLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 13753 -
Landscape have been complet_~__ to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of O~i-~letion is reck]ired to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Co~pletion with the County Recorder of
PASSID, AP~, and ADOPI]~ this 20th day of April, 1994.
