A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCID
FOR TRACT 13281 - IANDSCAPE AND AUTHORIZING THE FTI.ING OF
A NOTICE OF O3MPLMITON FOR THE NORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public i~prov~ts for Tract 13281 -
!mnd.~ape have been cc~ple~ to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Cc~pletion is re~red to be filed, certifying
the work cc~plete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City ~gineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Ccm~letion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTSD t_his 20th day of April, 1994.
