A RESOI///TON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
FOR TRACT 13280 - RA/IRDAD CRDSSING AND AUi~O~Z~ THE
FILING OF A NOTICE OF CE~5~ETIC~ FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 13280 -
Railroad Crossing have been completed to the satisfaction of the City
~MEREAS, a Notice of C~,~letion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, ~EFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Reco_rde__-r of
San BernardinoCounty.
