A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~HE CITY OF RAN(/40
~, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC ~
FOR TRACT 13280 - IANDSCAPE, AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING
OF A NOTICEOF~ONFORTHEWORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 13280 -
Landscape have been ccmpl~tothe satisfaction of the City Engineer; a~d
WHERFAS, a Notice of Cc~pletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and tb~ City ~gineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of April, 1994.
