A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
EXT~NSION~ ~V~S~ FORTRACT 14121
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement A~jresment Extension
executed on April 20, 1994, by J.P. Rhoades Development as developer, for the
i~prow~ent of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located on the southwest corner of Highland
Avenue and Milliken Avenue; and
WHERFAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 14121; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said ImprovementAgreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California hereby resolves, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and tb~ Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
