A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ~CIL OF ~ CITY OF RANCHO
EXT~]~SION AND ]~2K~D~T SECURITY FOR TRACT 13945
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension
executed on April 20, 1994, by Citation Builders as developer, for the
i~rovement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real pr~ specifically
described therein, and generally located on the southeast corner of East
Avenue and Highland Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13945; and
WHEREAS, said In~0rovement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamcnga,
California hereby resolves, that said Improvement Agreement EWcension and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement EWcension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.

hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed, approved, and
adopted by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, at a
