EXR~SION AND ~ S~RITY FOR TRACT 12895
%~{EREAS, the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Imp ovement Agreement Extension
executed on April 20, 1994, by Rancho Citiland Develot~ent as developer, for
the improvement of public right-of-way adjaoent to the real pro~
specifically described therein, and generally located on the west side of
Baker Avenue south of Foothill Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 12895; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement A~3reement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
insaid Improvement Axfreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California hereby resolves, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest t_hereto.
