A RESOLUTION OF ~tE CITY OF RANC~0 ~ CALIFORNIA
~ZING THE FU.ING OF THE NOTICE OF OC~4PKEITON,
R~,~ASE OF APPLICABLE BONDS AND PARITAL R~.FASE OF
WHEREAS, the construction of the Sports Complex has been completed to
the satisfaction of the C~,munity and Park Development Department; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of COmpletion is required to be filed certifying
the wok oc~lete.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the work is hereby ac~ and
the C~m~unity and Park Development Director is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino CUunty.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPI~ this 6th day of April, 1994.
