FOR TRAFFIC SI6~ALS AND SAFEI~ LIGHTING AT
AVeFOE AND ~ ~AY (I~TRACT NO. O0 93-075 AND
~ZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF O~MPLETION FOR THE
WHEREAS, the const~_ction of public improv~ for Traffic Signals
and Safety Lighting at Milliken Avenue and Fairmont Way, Oontract No. CO
93-075 have been completed to the satisfactio~ of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is re~H~ed to be filed, certifying
the work cc~plete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the city Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby acoepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPlOD this 16th day of March 1994.
