WHerEAS, the construction of public i~ for DR 89-12 have
been completed to the satisfaction of f_he City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Cc~pletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NC~, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho C~k~amonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Cc~pletio~ with the County Recorder of
PASSe, APPRf)VED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of March 1994.
