WHEREAS, tb~ co~-truction of public i~prow~ents for Tract 13930
have been completedtothe satisfaction of the City~ineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of C~letion is required to be filed, certifying
tb~ work o~plete.
NOW, THEREFORE, tb~ City Council of the city of Rancho O~monga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City ~gineer is
authorizedto sign and file a Notice of C~tpletion with the County Recorder of
San BernardinoCountyo
