RESOLUTION NO. 94-047
A RESOLUI~ON OF q~E CITY ODL~CIL OF R~E CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC ~
FOR TRACT 13566 - ~ TRAIL AND lANDSCAPE AND
AUTHORIZING THE FII.TNG OF A NOTICE OF (IPR~E~fION Ff~ THE
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 13566 -
~questrian trail and t,~nd~.cape have been completed to the satisfaction of the
city Engineer; and
~{EREAS, a Notice of C~pletion is required to be filed, oertifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho (klcamonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City ~gineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
