WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Resolution No. 83-142 accepting a Real Property I~{~ent Oontract and Lien
WH~RFAS, said Real Property I~provement Contract and Lien A~reement
was ~ in Official Records of San B~v2%ardino C~, California,
S~D~e~ber 9, 1983, as Document No. 83-210618; and
V~REAS, said Real Property Contract and Lien Agreemer~ is no lc~ger
required due to installation of the required improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga does hereby release said Real Property ~t Contract
and Lien Agreement and that the City Clerk shall cause Release of Lien to be
recorded in the office of the County R~corder of San Bernardino County,
California.
