~I~EAS, t_he City Oouncil of the City of Rancho O~monga has
reviewed all available input concerning the proposed Metrolink Station at
Milliken Avenue and the Southern California Regional P~il Autharity Tracks;
Art Park, at tb~ same location; and Milliken Avenue Extension frcm Foothill
WHEREAS, an Environmental Assessment Initial Study has been prepared
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, as amended.
NC~, THEREFORE, THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANC~O CUCAMONGA H~EBY
RESOLVES as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council of Rancho Cucamonga hereby approvedthe
Environmental Assessment Initial Study and issuance of a Negative Declaration
for the proposed Metrolink Station at Milliken Avenue and the Southern
California ReqionalRailAuthorityTracks; Art Park, at the same location; and
Milliken Avenue Extension from Foothill Boulevard toArrowRoute.
S~CTION 2: The City Clerk is directed to filed a Notice of
Determination pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act.
