A RESOLUTION OF ~HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~, ~, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC
FOR THE LIONS PARK ~ ~ ROOFING P~O3-MCT AND
AUTHORIZING TME FILING OF A NOTICE OF OC~5~A~CION FOR THE
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for the Lions Park
C~mL~lnity Center Roofing Project have been completed to the satisfaction of
the Director of C~m~m~r~ity Development; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is rec~!~red to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, ]/~EREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho O,camm~a does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the Director of C~,munity
Development is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the
PASSED, AP~, and ADOPTSD this 2nd day of March, 1994.
